No omelettes pancakes Corningware paste or enamel pans?
After reading about the hazards of Teflon non-stick coatings other spent Cookware made of stainless steel (with copper and aluminum core funds), but the problem is that the tortillas and pancakes stick steel. If the question is: Do we need Corningware (glass) Pots, pans or enameled (cast iron or steel) Ideally?, Some of you have tried both and I can say which is better. Thank you. In fact, the Teflon is dangerous but does not crack or peel. It outgas toxic chemicals when heated. I read the Silverstone (other chemicals, which does not stick) is not better. Dow was to conceal data had sued on the dangers of Teflon cookware for 20 years. Here is a link: http://www.coopamerica.org/programs/responsibleshopper/company.cfm?id=218
Tried to keep both, and both of them. Do you have a seasoned cast iron pan, very good? This will work.
Your cookware could be making you sick!
